Post- Rehabilitation

Recovery system tailored towards client’s needs in order to regain functional mobility, whether recovering from sports injury, joint injury, or injuries to the neuromuscular system such as stroke or traumatic brain injuries.

“Our Dad suffered a stroke that left him paralyzed on his right side. After many months of hospital and in house rehab facilities we saw slow progress. It was decision time. We made two: One, bring him home and continue out patient therapy and second, the best to trust his physical therapy to the staff of Pryde Athletics.As with all his therapy sessions it was a struggle to get him there. We took him to his first Pryde session in a wheel chair, needing assistance to get in and out of it. He walked out of Pryde and was able to climb up and down two flights of stairs without assistance.The staff was personable, positive, encouraging, infectious and totally dedicated to his recovery. Boot Camp: Explosive full body workout calibrated with strength training and conditioning

Ultimate Pryde: For the ultimate performer this class offers an insane workout, with no breaks! We moving fast with a goal of burning maximal calories! Must have attend bootcamp classes for at least months or evalutaion necessary! 

Kickboxing: A high intensity class were mind and body work as one. Class involves striking, kicking, martial arts specific exercises to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance and flexibility!

Butts & Guts: An hours session dedicated to toning and lifting!

Yoga: Fully immersive experience designed to increase flexibility, build muscle strength, perfect psture, release tension in your limbs, and build awareness to evolve!

Beginners Low Impact: Mobilty focused class, which emphasiss on range of motion with minimal stress on the joints!

Youth Fitness: A fun energizing class geared towards a traditional physical education model of inclusive fitness for all levels!
