Mona Alaudhi is a Registered Dietitian/ Nutrition instructor at Eastern Michigan University. As a true foodie, she enjoys cooking, feeding others and is passionate about teaching those around her practical fun ways to clean eating and healthy living ways. She as an Associate’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management form Henry Ford Community College, a Bachelors in Foods & Nutrition form University of Ontario (Canada), a Bachelor in Dietetics and Master in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University. She also enjoys educating the community about nutrition and healthy choices through community events and a retail setting.

Message from Mona: The road to wellness includes nutrition, exercise, healthy mental status and more. As a dietitian, my goal is to provide you with information and tools that will help you create a healthful diet based on real food; food that is natural, whole, minimally processed , as close to earth as possible and most importantly exciting to eat. Eating right should be uncomplicated, affordable, fun and personalized. It should also compliment your level of physical activity. I hope to improve our community’s health and well-being through my nutrition knowledge and passion for good food.
